Classes Held On Site

Customized Workplace English classes are held on site at the employer's facility.

Offering classes on site ensures better attendance and allows the employer to monitor the program.

By scheduling classes near the beginning or end of a shift, the travel arrangements and the time commitment are more manageable for employees.

Supervisors can communicate easily with the Customized Workplace English language instructor about immediate needs and adjustments to the training.  The training curriculum is flexible to accommodate changes in company procedures.

In the majority of ESL workplace programs, the employer allows the employees to use paid time from their work day to attend classes.
